Okay I have been on myspace for a while and I have noticed a lot of fakes. I started this topic to see if anyone else has noticed it to. For example one day me and my friend Danielle in Business Law class were on myspace and she showed me like 10 different pages of ppl who said that they were Ashley Simpson. She added all of the as friends. I thought that was kinda funny. I also saw Oprah's page and Omarions page. I am sure that some of the people on there that say that they are celebrities are. But how do you tell the difference.

i doubt ashely simpson wuld have myspace.

but ya there are fakes on mysapce. some of the same people who arent famous they're are doubles.

people pretending to be celebs, now thats sad. but there are an abundance of people with fake pics from other users on myspace and it is really sickening

those are everywhere. even on xanga.

yeah, heres a hint: why the hell would they post their middle names and such, like, PARIS WHITNEY HILTON [i saw one lick that]...and why would they have the time?if it was real, itd be like the used's one....meh...

there was a bright eyes/conor oberst one that got really big even though it was fake, but it was shut down a few months back.

I hate Myspace, so yeah. But I know there are a lot of fakes on xanga.

Same here. I think it's funny. Adolf Hitler has one. Aha..I have Tila Tequila on mine. I mean come on, who doesn't? She seems kinda cool too. I noticed that she changes her profile pic a lot though lol.

Yeah, I see those. They're fake. (Well, the ones I've seen) If they had one of those open to the public, I'm sure they would have a link on their offical webpage. I'm not denying that they have one, just maybe its priviate.
