I like the banner, especially the colours. I think your layout should have a more clear-cut theme, though, because your bolded font is pink and it doesn't really go with the layout. Try a green colour from the banner.

aw..the banner is soo cute. but maybe you could lower the opacity a little bit, because it's a little bit too neon-ish.

mmmmeew... its good....I guess? IT needs some TLC and soem modifing... whats up with lime green then the pink? Good job tho.
