I was wondering if it was possible to get a "torn border" effect on Paint Shop Pro. I know you can do it on Photoshop and that there is a tutorial made by Roxy for photoshop but I wasn't sure how to do it in PSP. Anybody know how?

hmmm.. It didn't work right for me. Maybe I'm just stupid and did it wrong... and the picture left as the example doesn't exactly look like a torn border effect. It looks as if she cut the picture out and then basically drew a border because the border doesn't match with the cut out parts. Oh well...

you can go to image, at the tool bar, then to picture frame and pick one. i think that's pretty similar to what your talking about
