i think u should call them and ask what they want to eat it would impress them that you want to include them in your decision.. maybe even ask about their eating choices maybe they don't like tomatoes.. then you would really go wrong if you have tomatoes in your menu. Anyways, you can always eat spagetti and frozen veggies with some kind of meat (if not vegetarian)... if you can't cook buy frozen dinners =D and reserve them on a plate.. but hide the boxes though

unless they're vegetarians, you can't go wrong with chicken! everyone likes chicken! however, all people like their beef cooked differently, so I wouldn't suggest that or seafood, because seafood allergies are common. I would suggest steamed veggies over pasta with a butter or lemony sauce and chicken on top of that, with a first course simply caesar salad and like boxed brownies: easy and very good, plus most people like it. hope you have fun

Frozen Pizza, HAHAH. No, actually you should make spaghetti, pasta, mash potatoes, bacon, and omlet. ;] If you dont/ cant make it then you should look back in the foob section for other type of food.
For dessert, make bursting berries smoothies or something. |
