Layout..., Will you help me? Options

Hiya...I'm a newbie...and uh...I was wondering if anyone can help me with making a layout? I mean I know how to make a layout and i made one for my friend LONG time ago and...

I don't know how to put the texts and stuff on the site so that it won't move...if you look at my friend's site...when you make the window smaller, the texts move...

and also...on ImageReady, i wanna know how to save and stuff to make the pictures on it be the link and stuff like that...please?

For your first question, I think this is counted as a request and xanga requests are NOT allowed here on CB unless you have at least 50 posts, plus you need to put the topic in the Xanga Requests forum.

To answer your 2nd question, after you have saved your pictures, go to an image hosting site (such as ImageShack) and upload it. Just follow the instructions there.
