Layout linking, layout links |

You know how some xangans make layouts, and then on their site, it gives a link? (Ex: the layout is Slipknot and the link says "slipknot layout")... and then you click on it and it brings you to another page and it shows what the layout looks like and you're able to click a button that says something like use this layout or whatever, how do you do this? please help!
