alcohol in tiramisu? i didn't know that. . it never tastes like alcohol to me, i thought the stong flavor was from the coffee and cheese. oh well, i love it anyhow.

It depends. THe recipe doesn't include the alcohol. If you've ever tried tiramisu at restaurants, you should notice a taste of alcohol. THat alcohol is rum.
For those of you know didn't know that tiramisu had alcohol, you all probably didn't notice only because you either have NEVER tasted liquor/alcohol/rum of any kind, or because the rum inside tiramisu is really bland that those who have drank alcohol didn't notice it. |
