well i have one with blue stars flashing.
 if you use it, put it in 'Repeat in all directions' so it'll look right |

or you can always open up a paint program and insert a black background a couple of blue stuff here and there.. like brushes or filters and stuff.. i did something like that..
here's what i came out with a while ago... its probaly something you dont want but eh.. im contributing, sue me. lol  tip: click it to see full size. |

^ hehe that's good.... maybe put it through imageready and brightness changing in each frame could make a good sparkling effect
