^well, you can't eat junk food all day. My advice would be to do at least 30-50 crunches a day, and do a lot of running.

work out your stomach, ie do ab workouts. crunches, situps, etc etc. exercise is basically all you need to stay thin and healthy, except the obvious- eating right. i'm not saying go on a diet exactly, just try to limit your junk food intake and focus more on healthier things that still taste good. since you said you only wanted to get rid of a little belly fat, dont go to extremes about it. just work out your stomach; ask your gym teacher for any suggestions about exercises you could do.

sit up and crunches can make your stomach bigger. Running is the best thing to tighten up and loose belly fat and you dotn have to diet just watch some things you eat and give yourself treats ever now and again dont deprive yourself just get on a healthier track and drinks LOTS of water

Yup.. sit-ups, jogging, excercise, less soda.
There was this report in the Health Center on some website saying that girls drinking soda will have more fat than girls who drink water. Try water and see how it goes. happy.gif
