Ok, this morning I was watching Wolfgang Puck's Cooking Class on Foodnetwork, and he made two types of sauces, Chocolate Fudge and Caramel, and I thought the chocolate fudge sauce looked REALLY good. I went to foodnetwork.com and got the recipe.....here it is.
3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 pound bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the water, cream, and honey and bring to a simmer over moderately high heat. Put the chocolate in a medium, heat-proof bowl and pour the hot cream mixture on top. Let stand until the chocolate melts, 1 minute, then stir until smooth. It's really easy to make too, which is really good....enjoy!

Anything to do with chocolate is delicous....I want chocolate I need chocolate. We have no chocolate. Anyway good thing to post.
