one most hosting sites when you go to your file manager theres index.html
does it matter if you delete that? |

yes, for example in geocities if u deleted that, people would be able to see you files...you don't want that do you?

well im uploading music so does it really matter if i delete the index thing...like is it gonna mess up the files im uploading

if there's nothing on that page, just leave it there. you could delete it but actually it really doesn't matter.

ya you can delete if you want ..but yea people will see your files but if there nothing major then go ahead and delete it
