been really down lately, but its given me the time to learn like 100 guitar songs. im like so sad, i learned almost everything by Jet, AAR, im the shiznito with Get Free from the Vines (my fave). Last night i cranked out 20 songs in an hour.
Gravedigger is the tightest sad song by the way.

What do yall do that is constructive when you guys are down?

I write poems and play my guitar. Sometimes, I take the nap.. though that's not really productive. When I'm really down in the dumps, as in like I want to hide under my covers until people go away down, I read or even write my own sad depressing story. Just to make me feel better, I put my characters in a far worse situation than me.

Well, when I'm depressed, I get motivated to do whatever to make myself feel better. I'm not the type to bask in my pain, I find it kind of awkward. I don't know, but writing really does help a lot when I'm depressed. Sometimes, the things I write don't make sense, just things that won't ever be applicable to me later on. Lovely, isn't it?

hmmm, well down doesnt actually = depressed....
theres a WHOLE difference between that

since the question in the post is what do you do when you're down....

id say i probably design stuff on this computer, just doodle on it, get out whatever i want

Depression depresses me and makes me wish i wasn't here and makes me wanna kill myself but of course that's not going to happen because i'm such a damned pansy and I can't do anything right so with my chances, if i ever attempt to kill myself it probably wouldn't work and something will go wrong and i'll be even worse off than i was to begin with.... -_- Talk about a run-on sentence... haha.

i actually don't do many contructive things at all...when i'm depressed i just feel hopless and want to give up on things. i guess the one thing i do that might be good, is when im sad i clean my room and rearrange it

when im down i always turn to music. it helps so much. most of the time though i also like to think of things that i "wish" would happen. like if something bad happened, i'd think of the good opposite of it.

No one at school interests me. There is this one guy, but he reminds me of my ex, which i was deeply in love with, and I need to get away from that. Oter than that, I prefer older guys, and everyone at school is either my age or younger... well, obviously, since I'm a senior... eh yeh... w/e
