Table Alignment Issues, not quite working

That little module in the left column, why won't it align to the center? I have absolutely no clue why it won't.

Heh. I've already tried that I've basically tried everything. Plus, that does nothing anyways. :) It aligns the text.

uhh can oyu paste all the codes on your xanga cuz the probelme might be in the other codes cuz this code looks fine to me...
