help w/ photoshop!, arggg

yeah, i downloaded the free trial of photoshop today and i have been doing some cool stuff but whenever i click on a brush, any kind of brush, and i have a color selected, the brush still comes out white! pinch.gif i don't know why. do i have to change a setting or something? this the first time i have had photoshop and i am so lost! cry.gif

please don't spam. that really has nothing to do with the topic.

make sure you're not using the eraser. and make sure the opacity is set to 100.

and check were it says flow ..it shouldnt be low like by 1-40 put it like on 50%+ and it should work

Who would've thought, Frankie, MS Paint extraordinaire would stoop down to Photoshop level?! Gasp!

Double ckick on the layer, and then check "color overlay" and set it to what color you want it again, this is what happens to me when that happenes to me too ;)
