whats your excuse for not taking, a certain persons phonecalls?

I either tell them that

1.Im going to eat..
2.Take a Shower
3.Ill call them back that someones on the phone..
4.Im sleeping
5.Im going out..

Whats your excuse for not taking a phonecall?

usually i tell them I have to eat, I'm getting ready to go somewhere, my mom said to get off, or I'll just flat out tell them that I'm gonna get off the phone now. Sometimes the things I say to get off are true though..

i rarely like to talk on the phone anymore but the things i say are.

1. i pretend that my parental units need the phone.
2. ill call you back later, i never do
3. i need to eat
4. i switch lines and tell them someone important is on the other line for my mother and tell them ill call them back later.

Sometimes I feel bad for telling them excuses. It's a little rude. So i just tell them I don't have time to talk or I have to go. It's not a big deal.

"I have no minutes to spare." It is the truth though. I call people back later when it's nights and weekends, and they're like "why didn't you pick up?! #%$&#^$*" or something lol.

Or I say that i have homework to do.. Hey that's often the truth. :P

My excuses are usually real/true, anyway.
