So today was our second snowday all year. We've had plentty of potential snowdays, but sadly our school officials are so stingy we hardly ever get them. I think we should be allowed more snowdays. I'm pretty sure our limit is like... 5 maybe? And here were are at the begining of March only having used two.
How many snowdays are you allowed? Do you think you should be allowed more? How many snowdays have you had so far? [editttt] pleaseeee don't close... this topic involves school policy on snowdays (therefore it's different) please? |

and i haven't had any this year.

i hate snow!! and i live in NY so there hardly closed schools on snow days

All our neighboring schools have been closed this week. I think it's because thier district has so many backroads which plows don't really clear.

My school is on their 6th snow day today, and since we are only allowed 5, this is a day off our spring break, which is ok, I guess...

I live in Canada.. I mean come on.. if it's a snow day it's gotta be pretty darn bad. Haha.
Yesterday was a snow day though... the buses weren't working but of course all the smart people that need to learn came to school. I think I'm one of them...

yesterday (MARCH 1ST) was our only snow day so far this year. i dont know how many we're allowed but, i believe that its quite a few.

Almost every school in NY state and New Jersey closed or had a delay due to the storm. However, god damn NY Board Of Ed Community said School open. Not even a delay, heck, even catholic schools across the street from my house was closed.

Hm, I don't think there was a topic about that. Hm, it barely snows here, so that decreases our snow days haha. If it gets worse on snow days, yeah we will have no school days hehe.
