You should never, EVER wear makeup according to what colour your clothes are or what colour your hair is. Wear makeup that compliments your skin tone, face shape, eye shape, eye colour.
Of course, I'm no professional, so I can't give you step by step instructions on what makeup is best for your face, so...yeah. |

I would suggest something neutral, maybe a light beige or something like that. |

i don't think it matters what color your shirt is..just do what looks good on your face....smoky eyes and nude lipgloss look good with anything =D keep it natural if you want people to pay attention to your shirt.
