Not that many girls with C's. Most girls you look at are B. Im a 34A but there the perfect size for my body. Its just your body type and i wouldn't want them any bigger. Big boobs hurt your back

Some girls who do have a large chest don't want it. I would know. I am 18 with DD. They are ruining my back and shoulders. I didn't want them, but I have them. Once you find the "one" your chest size isnt going to matter. You shouldnt worry about how big or little they are, and if you dont like how big they are, you can always get a breast reduction in the future
