I dont think that you can animate in photoshop. But you can in imageready. Atleast, I think so.

depends what version you have .. if you have like elements or something you can animate by layers ... by going to like file save for web and some stuff like that ..


but w/ imageready you can animate
animation tutorials here

and when you download photoshop, imageready comes with it. and there a few tutorials here on cb for animation.

You can also download Animation Shop. You can do animations on there also.

Imageready is better IMO because you can use layers, plus it gives more options. But Animation Shop is way easier and it gives you the effects.
