thats the scariest thing i have ever heard of..i like the whole concept of anime but i dislike the cheap animation on most of the cartoons..but um if i ruled the world..everyone would be happy even in skools cuz i would allow every student to have a sleeeping class where they go to a classroom full of beds and they can sleep for one or two hours.. now THAT would be the shit but umm.. yea.. and!.. ppl would be forced to watch Family Guy and The Simpsons everyday..ahahahahhahaha ..if i ruled the world.... i love that song..so relaxin...

That would be awesome. I would be such a dictator. But I know it's a bad idea.

First, I would send Michael Moore to a an island where the only food is crackers and water.

Second, I would make it so that all the people that want to go to college but can't afford it can and if they are smart(not just your GPA) and dedicated they get in not by their race/SAT. If they could show that they deserve in then yes.

I would then make a special school for people like me. Classes are only 30 minutes long. Homework is only 5% percent of the grade and some assignment are negotiable. There would also be horseback riding classes. Also other classes that would actually prepare you for the future.

I would make bigger animal shelters and people who hurt animals would get some justifiable punishment. And people would need to spay or neuter their pets. After that then hospitals. Money would go to a nice place where people who cant afford can come in and get nice service. They would then make it up to the community maybe community service....

And other things of that nature.

-I'd make a super police/CIA squad type organization to make everyone behave. --HAha. I'd get rid of the Miss America pagent cause i don't like those.
-I'd put money into the schools so kids don't have to learn in a crap hole for 5 days a week.
-Schools would be manditory and worldwide.
-There would be an annual income limit to keep all the grossly rich people from dominating the world.
-Professional atheletes would be paid a lot less.
-Teachers and police would earn a lot more.
-There would be killer art programs in all the schools.
