i dunno... i dont usually weigh things..

they are divided into too heavy, and liftable for me.

also it depends on what the thig is shaped like. somethigns are hard to carry cus they're awkward, but the weights not a problem, lik esuitcases

I don't get it... if you mean just like pick something up and move it... of course over 100... but then why would there be such low choices? Bench press? Naw.. no one bench presses 1-10 lbs... bicep curls? Well I guess that'd make sense.. even though I don't see many ppl curling 90+ pounds... God what a terrible poll.

... are you joking... I know that good amount of guys here can atleast carry 50 lbs. and athletic guys here such as wrestlers good sized football players can carry well over 90 depending what grade their in. For me I can carry a lot more than 90 but if your talking about curling I usually do 30 not maxxed out...

Actually the bar at school is 45... But usually the bar at home is 15 because most people stay at lower weights to get into shape faster i.e. cuts.

There really are a lot of types of weight-lifting though. If ur talking about dumbbells then i can do 20-25, but if its sumthing like squats, then i put on about 165-180 lbs.

mines nothing special and you may think im lying but believe what you want.

In my family, we have a gene which gives us some bigger bicepts to grow faster then normal. So i believe i can carry about 60 each arm.

edit: i can use 80 pounds of weights for 20 minutes before my arm starts to get sore

If you've ever play school football or do wrestling in school, you're required, to lift weights and get stronger. And I think, if you did either of the two, you probably can carry 60+ pounds.

I personally can only do 250 for just a few seconds, it's called dead lift. Some guys probably know what that is. It's basically picking the bar up with your legs and not your back, hold it, then lower it done.

Dead lifts...god those suck. I used to do them in weight training before I had to study for exams and had all these projects.

Anyway, I can left 20 lbs for dumbbells, and I think 65 lbs for a bench press (the bar weighs 45 lbs., so that's like 20 on each side)

mines nothing special and you may think im lying but believe what you want.

In my family,  we have a gene which gives us some bigger bicepts to grow faster then normal.  So i believe i can carry about 60 each arm.

edit: i can use 80 pounds of weights for 20 minutes before my arm starts to get sore
*

its not a gene... is more like traits... Im not trying to be mean but some times african americans are like bigger than most normal people if they do the same workout or w.e is like in their traits... my friend was like 200lbs he did like pushups 10 a day and like 20 situps a day( i use to workout with him together) and at the end the summer he had massive pecs and abs... (he had a gut when he started)

I can curl 40 lbs in each arm. Which is all bicep strength, but if I were just carrying something I would be using my legs more than my arms. So I would be able to carry around 100+ lbs together.

my arms are extremely weak...

but yeah it depends on what you're doing. when i do the chest press---i press 30 pounds. but when i do arm curls i can only lift about 10 pounds.

my legs are really strong. i can press almost 100 pounds.
