mm k i eat a lott of food, when im bored i go eat evn if im not hungry.... how do some ppl eat all the food they want & stay perfectly skinny , & other ppl just end up getting FAT??> alllssoo, wht kinda food can i eat that won't turn me in2 a tub-- not just fruits n veggies... ?? tongue.gif

the reason why people can eat so much and not get fat because they have a really fast matabilism(sp?). and if you don't want to be fat, you could eat fruit or salad. but if you are eating because you are bored and even when you're not hungry, it is not good.

well .. i eat like .. WHATEVER i want .. all that greasy shiz .. pizza .. burgers .. all you gotta do is be physically active. i play basketball just about everyday, and i'm not fat considering all tha food i eat.. just dont be lazy in p.e , or play sports .. . or walk home from school. there's a lot of things you can do ..

... Are you kidding me? Don't post false information.. Dairy products do make you gain weight.. UNLESS you eat non-fat dairy products.

I've been gaining weight since my metabolism slowed down and yea.. pinch.gif Does anyone know how to make their metabolism go faster?

I wish I had P.E. class again. T_T

it basically depends on the person's metabolism...mine's pretty fast but not to the point where i can eat whatever and whenever i want.

A person's metabolism depends on whether they get fat or what not.

If you eat three good full meals a day, you won't be eating whenever you feel like it.

So, just eat full meals and a good snack in the afternoon.

But if you can't resist the temptation of constant snacking (like me) eat some healthy foods, if you know what I'm talking about; not the fatty foods.

I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. Haha. I'm not too fat, I'm like normal/average sized. I have no problem with the way I look either. I just don't eat tons of junk food though. I enjoy eating healthy foods anyways.

I think there was a technique to eat alot, but stay skinny. I think its right though... huh.gif

When eating food, you have to eat it slowly, something like for every bite, chew it for 30 seconds.

Dunno if it works. mellow.gif

Some people just have fast metabolisms and can eat anything and everything and then complain that they're too skinny. lol lucky people. Then others have slow metabolisms and so they gain weight easier. If you excercise daily it'll speed up your metabolism. But that doesn't mean you should stop eating! if you starve yourself your metabolism slows down even more, and you lose more water in your body then actual fat at first, and it's really not healthy. If you eat dinner before 7 or 8, instead of 11 or 12, it'll help you lose weight. Because ur metabolism starts to slow down. Eat anything you want, ur young and should enjoy food, lol. But if you're worried about it, just watch out for sweets, carbs...like pasta and bread...and no alchohol! lol it does indeedy make you fat.

actually this has just been proven true. the problem is people eat fatty dairy products. go buy some fat free yogurt. There is something in dairy that helps in dieting. go look it. Go to like, gotmilk.org or whatever it is.

Also, if you wanna eat a lot without gaining any weight, the best thing is fruits and vegetables They have low fat and lost have low calories. Go look up negative calorie foods. They are a list of fruits and vegetables that have a negative caloric effect on the system. This means this:

For example. A peice of pie might be 200 calories. Its mostly refined sugar, so say your body burns about 20 calories in the digestion procress. So 200-20=180 calories, all of which are now put in your fat reserves. But take a mango, a negative calorie fruit. It has about 120 calories. But since it is a complex source of sugar, say it takes your body 200 calories worth of energy to digest it. So that leaves you with a negative of 80 calories. Well your body cant get that extra 80 cals of enerygy from the food, so it pulls it from your fat reserves, and you burned 80 calories of fat just by eating the food. Now, all these numbers are made up, just for example purposes, but hopefully you get the idea. now, there are loads of fruits and veggies that have this effect on the system. some more than others. But basically scientists (and me cuz i tried it) say that this effectivly can help you burn extra calories in your diet. So yeah. Besides, fruit and vegetables have a positive effect on the system to begin with, clearing out toxins and helping your body run smoother. I lost 30 pounds eating lots of negative calorie foods. By the way, there is no such thing as a negatvie calorie food. Its just an effect that is has on the system. But yeah, go look it up, find a list, and print out and bring it with you when you go shopping.

It's their fast metabolism. What you should do is eat more periodically every day, but instead of having large meals, you should just snack. Eat on small snacks. You don't crave for food. It helps you lose weight because when you starve yourself or eat say twice a day, your meals are usually HUGE and that gains the weight.

well i guess i have medium speed of metabolism...these days i tend to do less exercise and eat as much as i did in the past and now i feel that i am gaining weight...but that's not i want!

Whatever I eat, even healthy foods and such, I always end up getting fat by gaining pounds. But my suggestion is, and my Home Economics teacher agreed with me with this one, is to eat slowly. By this way, our brain will quckly get some information that you're full. _smile.gif

^ i dont think water will do. maybe if you cut down on junk food, eat more vegetables, fruits, and maybe just a little beef and pork <--these will get you a lil fat and heavy
