You don't really need a tutorial.

Just open something the size of the banner you want on Paint or Photoshop, and then do whatever you want to! Be creative!

And then save it! There you go!

^^ yeah what she said. it's really easy so it doesnt need a tutorial. just use words, brushes, pictures whatever.

If you want animation on it, there is a createBlog tutorial. But like everyone said, all you need to do is open photoshop, paint, psp, etc, and select the size of your canvis. (: Good Luck.

yea you dont really use a tutorial because its really what comes to your mind .. but cb has good tutorials that can help you add things to your banner soo you should check out the tutorial section =)
