yea, get the overnight pads, i think there orange, i think they are longer in the front and back so if your moving around a lot, you wont leak. and i dont know for sure about this but if you drink water i think the flow is better or something.

actually, i think you should use a tampon and an overnight pad for extra protection...if you're not going to be skiing for 6 hours straight...

^ That's a good suggestion. You'll be pretty sure you won't leak.

What I do is wear the biggest tampon you can find, with the biggest pad you can find...and you're good to go...mine used to be really really heavy so i have experience with those situations.

^^ Don't double post just edit your last one

Just wear a heavy tampon and a heavy pad, then you only have to change it every 6 hours if you are going for that long.

Okay... well, no matter what DO NOT TAKE ASPRIN!!!!!!
Just in case you didn't know... asprin thins your blood out so it gives you a heavier flow.

But there's not too much you can do about it. You can't change your flor or anything.

But I'll tell you what I do.

Errr... well, I don't just use one tampon. blink.gif I know it sounds weird... but I have a heavy flow and in class I don't have enough time to change between every period or anything. So yeah... I use two. pinch.gif It doesn't hurt. Just gotta get used to it I guess. But yeah... two super Tampax Pearl for me. Works well. wink.gif
