does anyone know what the code is to change the highlighting color... like when you highlight text or highlighted text on a drop down list?

i'm not sure... i mean like when you have a DROP DOWN MENU.... and the choices are automatically highlighted blue for selection... i want to change the color.

the drop down list can be changed, but the highlight color is automatically adaptive to the text color.
