Try download.com and type in FTP in the search. Personally, for FTP I prefer to use Coffee Cup, but you can pick whichever you like.

so what's FTP? i mean, what is it for? and what about Coffee Cup? BTW, do u need a domain to upload you files?

ftp is like an uploading thing .. and you use a program like smartftp and upload through there

ftp = file transfer protocol. and yes, you do need a domain or subdomain for ftp.
