Well if you've had a boyfriend/girlfriend, you may've gone through a silly line used by your ex telling why he/she wants to break up with you. I haven't gone through those reasons, but I've always been the one to break up with them...... So, have you ever used/been broken up with a stupid excuse?

well, i've never dated but i've heard some stupid ones like this, or situations, at my school, this is what happens....
people break up because we have too much work to do, grades to keep up, and clubs that we're involved in. to get into their dream schools, they therefore sacrifice their relationships. |

i have never dated =x i mean.. for real dating.. =p but then, the most idiotic excuse i ever heard was, "i'm sorry, but I have to break up with you because none of my friends like you." =/ it was so stupid, i felt so angry for my friend because some idiot said that to her. =/

Last year my boyfriend left me the day after Valentines Day-after he got what he wanted from me, if you know what i mean-because his ex-girlfriend, who i found out that he was 'hanging out' behind my back (and lying to me so he could 'hang' with her) was receiving prank phone calls and he thought i was making them. My ex did things solely for other people's approval, and he figured that from his ex at the time's point of view, dumping me for supposedly prank calling her would make him look really good in her eyes, like her knight in shining armor. So, for lack of a better excuse to leave me, he blamed the prank phone calls on me and broke up with me.

haha...well let me just say....back in highschool my relationships didn't last for more then 3 weeks.....just the way things are in high school...you think you see somthing in that person that you like..but then you find out...that it wasn't all you thought it was...or there were more annoying things then good things about the person...and most of the time you hear these stupied quotes....so they can get out of it "maybe would should just be friends", "it's not you it's me", "i need some space", "i need time to think about us", "im not sure what i want right now", "my grades are falling i need more time to study", now that im older....and a junior in college my relationships last a long time...it's a "highschool" phase....when you get to college you'll see a major difference...i promise you...oh if you wanna hear the line i did to break up with my gf...just reccently...this is a new one "i really really really like you but until you can trust me i don't think we can keep seeing each other"...so yeah.... currently i am single

i've never gotten dumped before caz i'm still in my first relationship
 anyways, i've heard stuff like this guy told my bestfriend he couldn't go out with her anymore caz 'his mom won't let him' and there was another one that said 'you're too good for me so i'll have to give you up'

I think it is sort of messed because she will be with someone for a while and then dump him because she is tired of him. |

ha... alright this was a dumb one ... k my ex wears these dumb cat ear head band like 24/7 iwould be supprised that she gets them stapled to her head, so anyways i went to a play rehersal and i knew a bunch of people in that class and like no one knew her so i hung out with them and was like being stupid and the next day she broke up with me and said i was being immature... i was like mmm ok...

Well, the summer after 8th grade I was dating this person for like the 7th time.. and he told me he wanted to break up because someone dared him too.. I think that's pretty dumb. Oh well that was like 2 years ago, n' I'm with someone A LOT better now!! <33

I didn't have any stupid breakups....well sorta.
My ex and I have been going out for ALMOST two months. (Three more days) and he said I was too young for him. And that everything sucked in the relationship because my mom didn't allow any guys to talk to me, so he couldn't call. I warned him about how it was going to be, and he's like yeah I know. It doesn't matter. But yeah..he dumped me from that. *shrugs* |

my last ex is such a bastard...he broke up with me because "we don't have anything in common" which really translated to "you don't play handball" because i asked him what we didn't have in common and that's all he came up with
younger guys are so immature  i think the real reason he went out with me was because his other close friends really liked me and he probably wanted to see if he was the one who got me...i didn't think of this until after we broke up that c*ck sucker
