help on disappear modules., my module disappears. Options

I don't really know if there is already an open topic about this. I'm just getting really frustrated. It is a pretty general question that I am sure people are tired of looking at but I just can't get it to work.

Anyway, I already have the code to add just a custom module without replacing all of them. It works if I just leave like it is without actually putting anything into the Module. It also works if I replace "put your title here" and well obviously I change it to my title. However, It will not work whenever I try to replace anything where it says "Place module content". The whole Module just disappears.

Any suggestions?

That code works for me. I have it on my site. Did you accidently remove the quotation marks? Or umm.. are you adding another script?
It won't work if you do both.

That script won't work if you put html into it. Try this
