Well... I don't really have that problem (I'm around five seven) but a lot of more expensive brands come in more specific sizes. Sorta like how mens pants are. They go by lenghth and waist. Some examples Lucky Brand, Polo, Silver, ... But they're right, you could always hem them. That'd be pretty simple. Good luck with your pants!

I'm 5' and I normally hem my jeans/pants..........I don't really think its possible to find a specific brand or place that would specifically have jeans/pants that would fit me exactly without me having to hem them.

Or if they're quite long and can't hem it, I'd cut it first and then hem it.

The thing that sucks about buying pants in the kids section is that the waist is so high up. It's really annoying.

I'm an inch under five feet so it's really hard to find pants that aren't too long.

I usually buy abercrombie pants. Though they are a little pricey. But they fit soooo perfectly. I have these size 12 slim corduroys and they're low slung... and they're just awesome.

For shirts, I don't really care if they're too big. I like them like that. But not TOO big....

And for pants...
I just let them drag on the floor.

I get my pants at Bui-yah-kah (i don't know if that's how you spell it) They're kind of expensive but they fit really nicely, or get your clothes at Target. They don't have pants that come in sizes smaller than 1 but they are really comfortable
