i'm a first timer at making a layout..so i'm asking: what do you do after you got your imagemapping ready?

u upload your image then insert into your image map where it said URL or something. then paste in your HTML Header

and make sure to put your img map code FIRST if you are using divs. wink.gif

oh i see..but after i image-map it..how do i save it in order to upload it. do i just click save as (then save in a folder)?

what did you use to image map? photoshop? or the online one or what?

ok. so in imageready, you go to File>>Save for Web. Then you choose whatever format such as gif or jpg. for more info, go here. then when you click save, make sure that you are saving as html&images. you preview it in your browser. there should be a little button on the toolbar with the IE or Firefox (or whatever browser you have) icon. click it and you should see the code. copy that and upload the image to an image-hosting site, like image shack. get the url for the image and place in the image map code. then put that whole thing in your html header.
