I think that createBlog.com is using Invision Power Board.
But in my opinion, I'll ask you to try phpBB. Because it is free and it got features like Invision Power Board too. So just give it a try  (Hope I can have a server to host up a forum for my Gunbound Clan  )

I perfer phpbb... it can be easily customized... w/o dealing with all these templates and stuff in ivb. |

this is invision power board, phpbb is nice, but i think vBB is the best out. It just costs about 200 bucks.....
