well this semester i met a guy named Tyler, and everytime i look at him i smile, and this went on for the full month that we've known each other, well i fianlly realized i liked him and told him, he asked me out friday cause he's liked me too since the 3rd day of school, but am i weird for not being able to stop smiling? i mean he is younger than me (15) and i'm 17 it's just weird, i've never felt so comfortable around a guy so quickly and i'm afriad i'm going to get hurt agian and i've never had a guy ask me out the way he did it was totally romantic..... am i weird for smiling so much?? any advice?

No, it's normal. I smile at a guy who I THINK is younger than me. I can't stop smiling. A simple phone call would keep me smiling all night.

yeah that is completely normal. who cares if he's younger. i can never stop smiling when he does something for me or just does anything nice really. or whenever i saw him. etc.

the smiling is normal. I don't smile unless he makes me laugh. I look at him, he looks at me, I look away, he looks away. =] Hm, if you really want him go for it. I say that age don't matter.. well depends on the difference. It's normal for people to get hurt. I got hurt. =( You may just have to learn to forget about it.

 i personally wouldn't date a guy 2 years younger...the only younger guy i dated was a real immaure bastard  but that's just me and that loser...this is you, it's not weird if you like a younger guy, women live longer anyway

heheh its SO totally natural to smile or blush and whatnot..sounds like your relationship is off to a great start from what you've posted..for me though..i wouldn't date a guy younger than me but that still doesn't mean you should be scared..each guy is different..besides that it sounds like you're happy soo rock on! :)
PS - trust me, the smiling never stops..i've been with my bf for 3 years and i still smile and giggle like a little girl..lol |

thanks everyone, and well i am extremly happy, he so far isn't like any guy i've ever dated before (which is good) and he is totally sweet, today we shared our first kiss and he was nervous, it was cute tho!

yeah that's all true, and yes i do "nevernothere" i do look younger and he does look older...lol.
well i'm pleased with how things are going, but now i'm running into something i tried not too, i'm falling for him fast, and i'm afriad we both said something we may not have meant too, we both told each other that we loved each other, but both of us dislike the "L" word (love) so idk.....  i guess i'll talk to him tonight about it.... thanks to everyone agian!
