How do you change, the size of your entries? Options

hey i try not to ask too many questions, but i was working on my SITE and was wondering.. how do you change the SIZE of the entries. like if you notice at my site the box that holds the entries are so wide. if anyone could help me thx..

and also if you know the url to that site where it shows all the hex colors ??

try that. and change the width and height to your preferences. place it in your header html.
