What program do you use to make cursors? How do you make them and where do you upload them?
//I looked at the other recent one on cursors and I don't want an animated one just a little picture |

I'm assuming you can do it on Animation Shop, but just have it on one frame. And then save it as ani.

u can download icon art
ok if you google and download icon art i can help you icon art is downloadable here if you get icon art this is how you make one ok first off just open iconart then go file>>new project>>click the cursor tab then click animated cursor then when you get there there will be a pink background then if you want to have a text animated curor you click the "T" on the top navi bar then choose the font that you want and type what you want in the first frame example : the first fram can be like "t" frame 2 can be : o etc .... and eventually it could spell out toya over & over then you click apply now go back to the top were the 4 pink boxes are showing and click the second and click the "T" again & type whatever and do the same thing for the next frames if you need a new frame then click icon>>then click the frame option you want then once your all done w/ all the frames click the play arrow ">" next to interval. then it will play what you created then click file >>save ani cursor then save it as w/e then get a webspace place like geocitites and upload your cursor then get the url for your cursor and past the url in the part the says put url here <style>body, a:hover{cursor: url(PUT URL OF ICON HERE);}</style>> thats how you make on icon art. *if you just want a picture you just paste the picture instead of writing text* |
