If you have no idea who Hiei is...there is no point looking. It's not that great, personally. But my friend wanted a Hiei skin so here it is. Please leave comments so I can make it look better ^_^. The pic below is Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. *Drool...* Hiei is hott...click here to see!!!!

it looks ok .. im not a big fan of all the big red writing and stuff but it looks ok .. nice job

The image quality is bad and you didn't do a good job of cropping that picture of Hiei sitting on the blog. You should probably disable the search bar, it looks kinda tacky. I like the film strip and the quote though. It's okay.

hiei is so funny. that show is great. the layout is okay. the cropping could be better though. good job.
