you don't really need powder if you want to conceal some blemish.. powder.. i don't know... if you are a first timer, i don't think you want to use powder, because usually it makes you look really fake and the amount you put on also effects how you look.

And the "powder" thing, you don't need that unless your face is super-shiny and oily. Just use a lil bit of liquid concealer to cover up pimples and acne. ;D The L'Oreal True Match.

ok....Well lipstick and lipgloss is easy. you should probably know how to put that on.

Mascara is pretty easy too. what i would do first is my bottom lashes. just apply it to your bottom lashes, brushing from the top of your bottom lid out, and I fyou want the color darker apply again. Then go to your top lashes, and apply from your eyelid out.

Eyeliner is a little bit more diffcult. I would have someone show you how to do it first. but what you do is take your eyeliner, and put it as close to your bottom lashes as possible. I would start from the outside corner of your eye in. but whatever is more comfortable for you is fine.

For foundation, you'll need a sponge applicator. If you get the liquid kind, put a little bit on the sponge, and rub it on evenly. dont put too much on though because liquid foundation tends to get cakey and too much can sometimes make your face look kind of discolored. if you use the stick kind, take the stick and rub one swipe on your forehead, cheeks, and nose. then take your sponge and blend in.

Now for powder. You apply it basically like foundation. it comes with a sponge thingy though, so you dont have to buy one.

if you want to use an eyelash curler, you take they curlser, and put your top eyelashes in only. then you keep your eye open, and squeeze the curler down for 10-20 seconds. any longer & you'll pull your eyelashes out.

for lipliner, you outline your lips, then just put on your lip stick.

And for makeup brands that are not costly I suggest:
Almay, L'Oreal, Revlon, Ulta, Physician's Formula

And ones for a teeny more expensive
Victoria's Secret, Stila, Hard Candy, Urban Decay

'Over-the-counter' Make up (in department stores.. you know?) Those usually work VERY well.

For facial cover-up, power and others I suggest: L'Oreal

For eyeliner: Almay
mascara: Victoria's Secret or Maybelline XXL
eyelash curler: Japonesque's On-The-Go Mini curler (it's tiny and works for long/short eyelashes!)

Lipgloss: Victoria's Secret lipglosses in cream and shimmer
Lipsticks: Victoria's Secret lipsticks in matte
Lipliner: ULTA lipliners

Eyeshadows: ULTA has many, many different colors, I suggest you use a color palette with MANY colors.. but I still need to see your face to suggest a color type (warm or cool)

Blushes: I need to see your face'


OH BTW, I like what sunkisses14127 said mostly, except don't put mascara on your bottom eyelashes, you don't really need to. For eyeliner, you can do it yourself, but I suggest using a soft, roll-up crayon sharp tip, and having some make-up remover next to you to get your look juusttt right. And once again, the color of it should depend on your face.. and your picture is not working.. T.T

For foundation I would suggest Almay Blemish Healing Make Up. It heals blemishes while covering them up. You apply foundation with a sponge that you can buy at your beauty supply store. Since you are young you really don't need blush, it'll make you look like a clown and if you apply it wrong it'll make you look fat. For eye-shadow apply it with a small brush, and don't over do it. Then lips apply lip gloss, and you're done. Keep everything natural. Don't make yourself look like a clown.

ok, im your age, 12, and all i use is mascara, lip gloss, eye liner, and eye shadow.. ok, here we go:

lips: all i ever use is nude/glossy lipgloss; i recommend
1)lancome juicy tubes in juicy pop, daiquiri, and miracle
2)benefit "the gloss" in miss priss

ok, i like expensive stuff, but thats just because my mom is makeup artist so she gets like, half-off all over the place

the eyes (do em in this order):
a)eyeliner:
1) ok, kinda pull your eyes to the sides (like how when you were teo and you did "japanese eyes") with one finger and hold your eyeliner pencil w/ the other.. i generally use a brown-black one, but thats just because i have fairer skin, blue eyes, and light brown hair, but you can use w/e. then line te top lid from the outside in. i recommend not lining the whole lid.. just from the very corner of your eye to just past the center.. and dont abruptly stop the line, bring it down into the eye
2) for the lower lid, pull your lower lid down, and take the side of your pencil. do NOT line the inside part of your eye.. this will make your eyes look smaller. what i usually do i just lightly line right about where my eyelashes start. stop the line just before where you stopped the top line.
ok, i use lancome kohl liner in black-brown or black.. depending what mood im in..a dn whichever one is sharpened

b)eyeshadow
step 1) start out with the eyeshadow. find two solors on the smae pallete or that clash.. one shoudl be darker than the other. (ei: light pink and black/dark gray; yellowy-green and blue; light purple and dark purple)
step 2) cover your lid with the lighter shade.
step 3) put the darker shade on the outside of your eyes and along the outer part of the crease
step 4) if you really want, put a thin line of the darker color just below your eyeliner on the outer lid, but i usually dont

c)mascara
step 1) tilt your head back so you have to look down on your mirror. this is so that you dont get the mascara on the top of your lids
step 2) top lashes: ok, for longer lashes, first brush the back part of your lashes. then, do the front of the, but wiggle your wand to avoid clumping
step 3) lower lashes: ok, dont wiggle on these, because that'll give you spidery lashes, and those arent too cool. just kinda brush 'em once our twice
i strongly reccomend covergirl fantastic lash.. its better than the lancome stuff my mom gave me

Here ya go! You're so gorgeous, anyway. So I don't see why you DO wanna wear makeup..

GirL! You are HELLA pretty. All you need is some black eyeliner, mascara, and a lipgloss that is a TINY bit darker than your natural color.

Eyeshadow: Use natural colors, and for specialties, cool colors that are NOT TOO DARK NOR BRIGHT! I would use a darker brown gold color on your eye.. Only brush around crease area and below crease

Eyeliner: For the top, use a thin layer of black starting from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner. For bottom, do a slightly thicker but lighter layer from 3/4 of the innercorner all the way out the the outer corner. Smudge outward diagonally from your face a teeny bit to give a slightly smoky effect.

Blush: Use a shimmery pinkish color that doesn't show up. I suggest the Neutrogena Shimmer Sheeres. Suck in your cheeks, and you see the bone? Well, dab a .. small dot of the shimmer on it and rub along your cheekbone. Make sure its not TOO noticable.. just a slight blush.

For lips: Just put on a slightly tinted gloss. It should look great!

if you want a really dramatic eye look:

Take 2 colors in the same family (like, pink/pink, green/green, purple/purple etc) one darker than the other (you can also use a black powder as your dark color but ONLY if you dont use a lot). Take your darker color and, using an eye shadow brush, powder a line inside the crease on your eyelid (its right below your bone). Then take the lighter color and powder that below your crease then take a blending brush, swipe it in your lighter color and blend the two (your crease line, and your light color) together.

Also:

you can take a color (any) brush it on your eyelid, then take a white or noticably lighter variation of the same color (pref. white) and brushing that on your eyelid as close to your eyelashes as possible.

They both end up looking really good!!!! Hope it works!
