What does rebooting your computer actually do? DOES IT RESTART THE WHOLE WINDOWS AND REMOVE ALL THE PROGRAMS AND CLEARS UP THE WHOLE HARD DRIVE? what does it do? Maybe that will work because..on ebay when i try clicking on "sign in" it says "the page can not be displayed" and i really need to log in..i also tried mozilla and netscape..still it cannot be displayed..theres a problem..it worked on other computers..does rebooting ur computer restore all the settings and crap to normal and default? do you think that will help? and how do you reboot it?

I thought rebooting your system was just another word for restarting. So it pretty much just turns off your computer and starts it back up, without you having to push the on/off button twice. If something doesn't work on the internet, it's usually the site.
