you stretched your muscle, don't worry, you'll feel better after a couple of days.. if you didn't fall hard or anything.

Maybe you should rest your neck/head by going to sleep or something.

i agree. hopefully it`s nothing serious. i really doubt it. i mean if you dont really do these things a lot, your neck muscle is will getting used to it.. after the soreness.

ermm.gif i think we had the same thing... that happened to me...only it was on my back, really low near my butt. whenever i sat straight up suddednly or sat down or stood up, pain shot through my back...if you have it too, its stay . for like, three weeks. at least it did for me..

Hm. you can put on some chinese oil on it & rub it. I twisted my leg when i was little & my grandpa was like rubbing it/massaging it very hard or something. Wait a couple of days, it might get better. Boil eggs & put it on a towel & like roll the egg on your bruise (if you do have one.) that would get better. If not, i think you should consult a doctor. it maybe serious.

i'm a dancer too! and i do flips evrytyme i have practice, and once a week i have a class where all we do is flip. You're bodies probably not used to it, so itz gonna hurt. You probably jus pulled a muscle or sumthen, i knoe exactly how it feels. It'll get better as ur body gets used to it!

Yeah you might have stretched a muscle in your neck cause I go to gymnastics and stuff and sometimes I pull muscles and I get bruises just about everywhere lol..but yeah..it's expected when your doing flips, back hand springs, etc..

Well I am in dance class too and like a week ago I just got tendenitis from dance. So I know exactly how you feel. I like pulled my knee doing a certain move.. and it just like popped out and didn't go back in. So I went to the doctor, and he told me what I had. So yes, I recommend going to see the doctor very highly. It's better than pulling your neck out even harder. Trust me happy.gif

That happened to me last night....I was moshing and headbanging.
You'll become more tolerant towards it once you do it more.

For your sake of safety, and maybe life, go to the damn doctor!
Or.. it could be just pain. o.O But make sure. Be safe. It could scar you for life.
