I see a few of you on the board.....come out come out wherever you are. I know you all love those androgynous pretty boys... so which are your favorites?

Mine would have to be Gackt, MUCC, & Közi... well that's more like pop/rock/gothic techno, but whatever, we consider them jrockers anyway.

So mine is the first general topic(that was supposed to tie in all the band specific topic posters) WHAT

Anyway it was spurred by Gackt's new video. He actually made a good one! So I felt the need to reaffirm my faith in the jrock world, as well as spread my looove.

i dont listen to it tooooo much. i get whatever i can find =P im a newbie with jrock n stuffs. but so far, i've heard of malice mizer, dir en grey (i thought they broke up??), vidoll..and some others i cant remember. they all look alike when they dress up =)

recommend me some songs please? =)

ALICE NINE! (they're all sooo pretty and their music is just so ALIVE!..<-- can't think of any other word. rolleyes.gif

Jrock is just so interesting, and i love visual kei bands too.. I love how Mana (malice mizer, moi dix moi (sp?)) dresses *wink*.. i've tried to memorize jrock songs.. ehehe silly me... whistling.gif

If i had the money, i'd dress up like those people in visual kei bands IN SCHOOL, just to see what the people's reaction to it... _unsure.gif i think they'd be really scared.. eheheh mellow.gif

I've seen the Pillows live. That was interesting. Their english is awful.

But, I guess I'm not really much into Jrock.
Although, I do love Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra.

I'd like to Add ELLEGARDEN to my list. Im just not into that Visual Kei with the ice cold voice kind of Jrock. I use to be though.

since there's already a topic on this, i didn't know if i should start the "official Jrock club."

anyways, has anyone watched Gazette's PV for guren? i love how they work with symbols in the video.

watch it here

when i first saw it, i could tell there was some heavy sadness behind the lyrics, though i couldn't understand much. after reading the translation, the song seems so much more painful.
