Erm, I'm not very that of a MS. paint (Microsoft Paint; Paint) professional. soo.. I was just wondering, is there a way to resize pictures into small ones on paint?
If so.. how? I need to make icons.

yep, very possible, tho it doesn't usually turn out very well. Select what you want to resize with the rectangular marquee, then resize by click-and-dragging the corners (a larger square than the regular marquee)
