do any of you (who dont have a fast metabolism! cheaters .v. haha jk!) like eat a normal amount of food like 3 meals a day and maybe just one snack, or EVEN just pig out alot everyday (not like crazy haha) n stay the same weight? or even lose weight? well if u workout alittle too sometimes..
cuz i was wondering.. do you really need to eat less or eat no fatty/carbo-related foods to lose weight whilst exercising sometimes? i think it would suck if you had to not eat much n exercise a hell load to lose weight :/ pls tell me theres hope for eating NORMALLY and do usual workouts to lose weight.. i dont wanna have to force myself to eat salad everyday and kill myself at he gym=( yes yes i'm having a "i feel fat today" day hahah :) *desperate for comments and answers!!* |

you don't have to change your way of eating...but it may help to cut out a few foods. If you exercise regularly, you should stay in pretty good shape!

i eat ALL the time, but i don't think i have a fast metabolism, though i'm still "underweight" for my height. *shrug*

yeah thats a good idea.. ill eat lesser and healthier than wat i usually eat n jus excercise normally.. i mean i dont have to do anything INTENSE right!?
as for the rest of you who pig out, and dont even have a fast metabolism, n dont gain.. I HATE YOU!!!!! hahhaa wahhhh so jealous.. unfortunately both my parents are big or chubby so i get it from genetics so its like hell easy for me to gain weight.. poopie |

i eat alot, like a pig sometimes, but i have stomach pains, which is so not nice, maybe c asue i eat alot, and i lose weight from time to time.. 15-16 age and weighing 109 was like 115-120 4 months ago.. is that weird?

yeah in the last half a year i've been eating healthier and excercising more and i cut out fast food...since june-ish i've lost 10 lbs cause i used to eat when i was bored a lot. not good.

well i think i lost my metabolism recently.
when i was 12 then a year later, i was still the same weight. now i'm 14, i had to get weighed in pe yesturday, and i've gained 10 pounds THREE months. Yeah so i'm trying to figure out some new diet plan, because this isn't a rate i wanna be at. I work out like 3 times a week though...but i eat junk food a lot =/ I know I need to take it away, but its just so hard whne its right in fornt of me.. |

Well you can eat whatever you want, but don't eat so much fatty foods. Also try and ignore candies!!! I stopped eating candies since right after the month of november...hehh... and it's also bad for your teeth.
Also while eating whatever you want to eat, be sure to exercise like jog, swim, walk around for 4 to 5 hours (*shopping is excersing cause you walk a lot lol), eat lots of vegetables, and get fitness membership card and go there a lot. |

I eat a lot. I don't really have a *fast* metabolism, but it's pretty functional I guess you could say. Also, always eat breakfast, it kick starts your metabolism, and eating small meals throughout the day is better than 3 big ones

... Wait.. I always thought that if you cut calories and fat, you MAINTAIN the same weight/size overtime, versus eating a lot of high-calorie and fattening foods which would make you GAIN weight overtime. But hey, I could be wrong.. but that's how I always thought it was.
But anyway, hmm... me I've been eating a lot lately and my metabolism slowed down and yea... But anyway, when I used to haev fast metabolism, I ate more than 3 meals a day, but I didn't eat huge servings for each meal.. I ate as much as I needed to get through the day.. I should do that again.. |

i have a fast metabolism so i can eat whatever, but also its semi-genietic, cuz my family is pretty small (both height and weight). i dont really exercise all that much but i dont really gain weight and ive stayed the same weight for a while now.
if your wanting to lose wiehgt, i suggest cutting back and soda and coffee and just concentrate on healthier foods. also dont eat late at night. hope that helps |

For me i eat like crazy n dun gain weight....i lose weight...but my sister gains weight....so she does like 100 sit ups be4 she goes to sleep everyday....it helps.....she even loses weight

if you have low metabolism, eat 3 diary products everyday such as milk, cheese, and yogurt. it support more weight loss then cutting calories alone ..
