help!! i can't figure out what the hex code, for blue part of my layout |

i only have ms paint, and i used the tutorial for finding hex codes using ms paint, and calculator. the color i got is very close to that of the blog,but it's a little off. can someone help me figure out what the color of my background should be,so it matches my blog? the link is xanga.com/alienxing37 i was hoping to submit it to the skins section of the site.

well i found the blue color thats on the snoopy pic. i think it's #9BCDFF
