can you think of persuave topics such as: if your closest friends were involved with drugs, would you too be infulenced and do it as well?...please..it's for me. i can't think of anything, so i'm asking you, i have to do this for a major homework assignment, and my brain is washed. so i'm turining to you guys..help?

I wouldn't do the drugs no matter how pressured I am to do it. mellow.gif Cause I know that its bad for you and that crap. I had "drug class" today cause some people in another class was caught with crack. stubborn.gif

I'm not quite sure what you mean or else I would be of more use. The persuasive essay topics I'm used to is never like the one you provided as an example... so I'm not sure if the following will work for you.

Some popular ones: uniforms in school, standardize testing, abortion... etc.

You can probably do one on something you like. That way, you should be more knowledgable about the topic and have an easy/fun time writing about it. For example, lets say you like cars: is Toyota better than Honda? Or lets say technology, is Dell better than... Gateway? Is Verizon better than TMobile? You'd need to convince your audience of why one is the better choice than the other of course.

Try checking the debate forum. The ones with a lot of replies would probably make a great persuasive essay.

Pre-S: official members can't move topics by what i'm aware of :P

anyways, what about writing something on.. um.. how strong you feel about something?

maybe how you feel about the babysitting age or safety... i donno. stereotypes?
