hrmm it's not bad. You should make the layout not cause a horizontal scroll in 1024 x 768 since that's the res most people are on. Also it should be "unaccepted" not "unexcepted" in your sig. ;o]

I like the pictures, but some of the words are covering one of the pictures, and I want to see his face! You did a good job, but maybe try to make the entry part smaller.
