hey, i was wondering. with bra sizes, what does the number stand for? and what does the Letter stand for?

like.. if u are reallly skinney, but have really big boobs would u have a 32D or something? hmm so confused

cuz my upper body is really skinney, and i got a 34B... sooo im guessing the number is the strap and the letter is how big u are?

I think the first number means the width & the A, B, C, D is the cup size you are.

a,b,c,d are all the size of your boob.

the numbers are the circumference of the area around right under your boobs. 32 means your pretty skinny i guess and then a b is pretty average.

the letter is your cup size, and the number is the width of your rib cage under your breasts, you're right, if a skinny girl had big boobs, she could be a 32D

iheartsimba is correct but it's the cup size not the boob size wink.gif

Anyways, I don't really care what they meant, I just wear them til they fit for me. I don't even know what my bra size is LOL

yes the A, B, C, D is the cup size. and the number, you take that, in your case 34, and subtract it by 5 which would make it 29. and that number (29) would be the circumference of you body...chest, in inches.

letters - - > how big they are. A is small. D is big. C is average.

numbers - - > its like how big the bra is around ur body. the smaller numbers mean that ur skinny, bigger numbers for bigger girls.

the number means the band size
and the LETTER means the cup size..

..so a really thin girl with small breasts can be 32A ...and a bigger girl w/ small breasts can be 34A

...something like that

i think its the number is the width of right under you boobs so the circumference in inches i guess...and then you measure right above your boobs (under your armpits) and take the first number and subtract the new number to get the letter.

for example its like...hmm

A=1
B=2
C=3
D=4

please correct me if im wrong, im not entirely sure huh.gif
