Does anyone else watch this show? I know it being on UPN is a turn off... but it's really a great show... pretty much the breakout of this season.
 ABOUT THE SHOW In the wealthy, seaside community of Neptune, the rich and powerful make the rules, they own the town and the high school, and desperately try to keep their dirty little secrets just that…secret. Unfortunately for them, there's Veronica Mars, a smart, fearless 17-year-old apprentice private investigator dedicated to solving the town's toughest mysteries. Veronica (Kristen Bell) actually used to be one of the popular girls, walking the halls of Neptune High with the rest of the "beautiful people." But it all came crumbling down around her after her best friend Lilly was murdered and her then-Sheriff father Keith Mars (Enrico Colantoni) was removed from office for naming Lilly's billionaire father, Jake Kane, as the lead suspect. After Jake was exonerated, the scandal cost Keith his job, his home and wife, and Veronica was ostracized by her popular friends, including her boyfriend Duncan Kane (Teddy Dunn), Lilly's brother. During the day, Veronica must negotiate high school like any average teenage girl. Along with fellow outcast, sophomore Wallace Fennel (Percy Daggs III), she bravely maneuvers her classes, wary of former in-crowd friends, like Duncan and his best friend Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring), and edgy outsiders, like Weevil (Francis Capra) and his P.C.H. Bike Club boys. At night, Veronica helps with her father's struggling, new private investigator business, sneaking through back alleys and scoping out no-tell motels with a telescopic-lens camera and her math book in an attempt to uncover the California beach town's darkest secrets. Pushed to the edge of this multicultural, venomous little Peyton Place, Veronica Mars relentlessly continues to search for evidence that will clear her father's name and get her back into the "in-crowd," but what she finds may tear the town of Neptune apart at the seams. It's a smart, witty show and y'all should tune it. NOW is a great time, because they're re-airing the first episode tonight... the second next week, and the third the week after... and then the new episode on February 8th. Yeah. Being on UPN... just REALLY sucks for the show. It was so surprising to find that a show on this network could be this awesome.
Hopefully they don't cancel it after just one season. |

i LOVE that show. but my friends have never seen it because they're busy watching one tree hill. :gag: i'd watch veronica mars instead of oth any day. it's way more intelligent and written a lot better.

Yep, it's only the first season. The last new episode was episode 12... the new one won't be on until Feb... 8th, I think. Bleh. I hate breaks.
But for February sweeps, they've got a BtVS guest starring as Logan's sister. |

This is a really great show, i'm just pissed that it's on UPN, so its ratings are horrible, i just hope that the show stays on. It also sucks that this show is on at the same time as "the amazing race" AND "house md."

I think the story has been incredible lately. I'm depressed about Veronica and Logan though. I'm thinking that Logan might not have planted the cameras. It might have been something his parents set up for fun of thier own, or the maid might have been stealing towels. idk. I think that logan actually cares for her though.

i never know about those shows. i mean i hear about it a lot but i never watch it. i only know veronica mars because i met the whole cast at a mall for this signing they were having. i saw the girl who had espn boobs from mean girls hahaha i couldnt really meet her though. line was wayy too long but i still got autographs and a shirt. but it's not like i even know any of them except for that one girl and besides i dont even watch the show hahah.

I loved the first episode. Unexpected. I felt a little bad for Logan when she broke up with him. But, he's screwing his friend's mom? Sheesh. What is it with that family and illicit relationships and statutory rape? I'm hooked again. I can't wait for the next episode. |

I'm sure Veronica and Logan will get back together sooner or later. Besides, Duncan is soooooo boring. And sorry to Teddy but he can't act. He has like, no facial expressions.
And hmm... what did Logan mean when he told Veronica he was going to miss her before they went on the bus? Did he know what was going to happen? Did he somehow plan it? Hmm. Season 1 DVDs come out next Tuesday!!! :) |

Wow... it's been like, 6 months since a post.
ANYWAYS! How awesome is this show?! It's like, all kinds of awesome! Ahhh! I can't believe there's only 3 episodes left. :( I think I kind of know who's behind the crash and why... I think. But this is VMars so... who knows anything for sure. But um, the whole Oscar statue... with Duncan's hair?! That just came out of nowhere. But then again, who remembers Kendall in Duncan's shower? Huh? Huh??? Logan and Veronica forever! Heeeeeee. The Perishers "Sway" pretty much had a major increase in DLs because of Plan B. :) |

^Haha. I must get bothh. I didn't like 2nd season as much as 1st. And Weevil actually didn't really do anything to Thumper besides knocking him out. He didn't exactly kill him. All my show are ending this month. So sad.
I think Veronica and Logan have to get back together. LoVe. |

Okay, so it was awesome! I still like season one.. I think.
I did not think Cassidy did it. Why would he be upset if people found it? And when he blew up the plane, I was like.. NOOOO.. but then I said.. well.. he can't be on the plaaane >< And LoVe Oh yeah.
