I know alot of people use programs u have to pay..for example adobe photoshop..but I dont have that..like in my computer the only thing I have to make things is paint..i was wondering can u make layouts with paint? if you can is there like a tutorial? thanks for the help

Sure, you can make layouts in Paint! The thing is, you make the graphics in Paint, or watever program you're using, and then you code them.

try www.zpeak.com, there will have a tutorial on paint-made-layout. And like InvisiblePopcorn said, code them after it :)
Paint can did some good thing too, something like this...
