Does your family/race have any birthday traditions?
My mom and I were talking about this once, and she said that when I turn eighteen we're gonna' celebrate it in some sort of filipino traditional way or something like that..
I forgot what it was called...pinch.gif
But I don't know..it's something that when a filipino girl turns eighteen something takes place.
Well, I think it's a filipino tradition..huh.gif
This probably doesn't make much sense..but oh well..lol. happy.gif

So what about you guys?

You mean that party thing like in the Debut? I thought it was when girls turn 16 and when guys turn 18. Well I don't remember.. Anyways yeah it's a filipino tradition. My friend brought a video when his sister turned 16 or however old.. It was cool, it looked like she was having a wedding, and it was in our city newspaper..

There's not really any birthday traditions for us.. Er, once I pass college I start getting loads more of Chinese New Year money.

No I don't have any traditions.

My sister's birthday is the day after mine so my unle takes us, my other sister, my two cousins, and my aunt to some restaurant. And our mom and dad will buy whatever we want. That's it.
