People pre-judge me a lot.

I don't really have any specific examples or anything, but they do.

I get that shit a lot at school.
They think because of the way I dress that I'm some constantly depressed goth, and it's getting on my nerves.

But at this point.. it doesn't matter. I hate the people at my school.

People make fun of me..because I am white. I also get looked down a lot, you know? I live in an Asian community, and people don't consider me smart because..well..I'm not Asian and people at my school have this steotype in their heads that Asians are really really smart. There are like only...4 white people in the school, and the rest are in the " not as gifted" classes. because of that, I get looked down. It makes me..so mad...

i've been discriminated against before

i was at this resturaunt with my mom, and they seated us on this nasty side of the place where all the white people got seated in the nicer side, so we were all by ourselves, and so we ordered, and waited.....and waited.......and waited......and waited forever while more people came in, were seated, gave their order, and got their food before us.

so FINALLY our food came, and then we paid and all.
yeah. it SUCKED.
we ended up waiting like an hour while others got their food in llik 15 minutes.
and no, what we ordered doesn't take long to make.

There's maybe a 2% of asians at my school, and then the other half or white and the others are black. Maybe like 2% Mexican too. But anywho, there was this one guy that was an assistant to one of our teachers, and he always cracked asian jokes around me to other people. Once I was walking past him and he was saying under his breath "Stupid chink, ching chong chang" And then he would be like "Chill out, don't want the Asian Connection up in here!" if I got an atitude with him because I heard him. But he was arrested for child molestation because he offered one of the students to be a model and touched her boob *shiver*

Also, because I wear dark eyeliner, soemtims ALOT of dark eyeliner and wear chains and "gothic" looking stuff from Hot topic, people always assume me to be a punk or goth, but I'm not, I've never even definec myself as a goth or a punk, it gets so annoying. And then people say "So why don't you jsut change?" I'm not gonna change because I like the stuff I wear. I shouldn't have to change just because some other people think it looks gothic. Argh.


But yes, I've been discriminated because of my race and things I wear alot.

Someone told that joke to my friend Diane not knowing she is mexican american because she doesn't look it ( just shows how everyone sterotypes mexicans as tan , short, and poor/illegal ) and she just happens to be the opposite. After he told the joke she was like " Uh.. I'm mexican " and the guy was like " Are you serious ? I'm so sorry , you don't even LOOK mexican"

I'm in my junior year of highschool, and so far every year i've been made fun of because i'm asian. In my freshman year there was a grand total of 4 asian kids there including myself, and everyone made fun of me. In sophmore year, 10% of the school's population was asian and they still made fun. And this year i'm homeschooled lol so i'm happier

that happened to me too, people threw food at me in the lunch room, shoved me in the halls, they would yell "pork fried rice?" or "ching chong" at me too , it lasted through middle school until i moved to the city, where everyone is a minority
