well, i treat all parents with respect, but sometimes we all get into a really awkward situation because of the whole "thank you" "oh no you are welcome" "thanks again" "oh no you are really welcome" "bye, thanks for everything" "oh it's nothing"...
and some parents intimidate me.. but still, i like to treat all parents with respect.

My friend's parents scare me. They think I'm the perfect little angel.. Little do they know... shifty.gif
But I treat them with respect. I'm really quiet around them though 'cause they scare me... soo..yeah..

this is sort of random, but i was reading chicken soup the other day, and there was this story about how this mother of a really preppy child, she rejected this girl from her daughter's sleepover, i thought it was just so cruel!

of course i'm respectful to my friend's parents. they are my elders and deserve to be treated with respect. in fact, everyone deserves to be treated respectfully unless they have done something to you to make you lose respect for them. i think you should really stop making such redundant topics

well i respect them and are polite but i like some more than others...with some i kinda don't know what to say, while with others i'm pretty comfortable talking to them.

I'm a little more polite with other parents because I'm making early impressions. But with my parents, they've lived with me for 14 years, they know all my tricks, so I'm more loose with them.

well some of my friend's parents are really cool and speaks very well english so me and my friend's parents can be tight buddies! lol its fun but yeah other then that i always make sure if i give respect.

i'm exactly the same. i'm SOOOO quiet to them. i never talk to them unless they say "hi" or ask me a question, or when i need to ask them a question. o_o ahha. they all think i'm an angel and want their daughter/son to hang out w/ me more.
